Instant Noodle

Instant Noodle

Eating healthy food sometime is like a big war toward the temptation. For nee, eating instant noodle -whatever is the brand- is always attempting. Here i whipped a brand new way in eating instant noodle to appease my craving but still healthy enough for my body.

Ingredients

1 box of chicken curry instant noodle
1 egg
1 carrot chop nicely
1 bunch spinach chop roughly
200 gr green leaves (can be Baby Kailan, Water Spinach, Ginseng's leaves or any other green leaves) cut roughly
2 tomatoes cut into 6 parts
1/4 onion slice nicely
2 leeks chop roughly
4 meatballs cut into 4 parts
A spoon of oil
3 glasses of water
3 eyelet of chili chop nicely

How to
=====
1. First saute the leeks, onion and tomato. After the nice aroma wafting out to entice Your tongue, then put all the veggies, meatballs and the chili with 3 glasses of water and move all the things into a pan.
2. Put the egg into the soup without ruining the yolk's shape. Pour all the seasoning and the noodle into the pan. And serve it into a bowl.
